Job Responsibilities

In this varied role, you will be responsible for shipments to our distribution center and shipping goods to production units and sales companies. The job involves contacts with both internal customers and freight companies as well as authorities, and you will always ensure that we comply with regulations and guidelines related to customs and transport to different countries. You will also be responsible for coding freight invoices and ensuring correct customs tariff numbers. We support our main warehouse in the Netherlands, which means that evening work may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high school education, and we prefer that you have knowledge in transport, shipping, and customs. You have very good computer skills and experience working towards set deadlines. Previous experience with business systems, especially M3, is an advantage. In this role, you need to have good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, which are characterized by being structured, flexible, and action-oriented – while also having a genuine interest in meeting and understanding other people. Additionally, you are a good requirement setter who works efficiently and can prioritize and solve problems both independently and together with others.
